We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. Presidents Weekend is a Stay and Play tournament this year. For our other tournaments, it is recommended that all teams traveling from out of town reserve their hotel accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS®. They have secured the best possible options. If there is a hotel not listed that you want to stay in, thee is an option available on the website. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
Northwest Volleyball hosts a variety of events. During the 2020 Club Season, we host four multi-day Junior Indoor Tournaments: MLK Weekend, Presidents Day Weekend, Spring Classic, and Memorial Weekend Tournament. We may also host a few one-day tournaments.
Our tournaments are USA Volleyball tournaments and Sanctioned by the Puget Sound Region with one exception. Starting in 2019, we received permission to host an AAU Super Regional. This will be our March Spring Classic. All AAU rules apply for this event and participants must be AAU members. As a Super Regional, division winners will receive free entry to one of three AAU post season tournaments: West Coach Championships in May (Las Vegas), Volleyball Festival in June (Phoenix) and AAU National Championships in June (Orlando). We hope teams take the opportunity to play in this AAU event.
All indoor event registration is done through AES. To register, you must be logged into AES as a club director. For help on how to register for an event watch the AES Help Video or follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.

The region will collect your documents and contact us and inform us if your team is able to participate. Please do not procrastinate. The region WILL NOT allow your team to play without proper documentation.
