NW Juniors Boys Tryouts (2024/2025 club season)

TRYOUT LOCATION, DATE, & TIME
NW JUNIORS BOYS TRYOUTS for Northend and Eastside are at the same time. You choose the practice location you would like your athlete to be considered for when you register.
Our Club offers teams in two separate geographic locations - Eastside (Bellevue) and Northend (Bothell)

(Pre-registration is REQUIRED. We do NOT accept walk-ups for Tryouts)
What age group will you tryout for?
Your age group is determined by how old your player will be on September 1st of 2025.

STEP A: COMPLETE the FOUR USAV items below by using the links provided. (A copy of each signed form is automatically e-mailed to you - Save it!) You will upload these in STEP B.) ** ABSOLUTELY NO NOTES OR SUBSTITUTIONS - WE DO CHECK!
If you played USAV Club Volleyball during the 2023-24 Season, your membership will be valid for the Summer Tryout Period (July 27-August 4th, U15-18 Tryouts).
1. Cardiac and Concussion Player: It is REQUIRED to be signed by the PLAYER. (DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ATHLETE)
2. Cardiac and Concussion Parent: It is REQUIRED to be signed by the PARENT.
3. Medical Release – Yes Emergency Care
OR
Medical Release – No Emergency Care
4. USAV Tryout Membership **$20 non-refundable fee. (This is the insurance that allows players to step foot onto the court.).
USAV for the July Tryouts**: If you already have Full USAV Membership for the 2023/2024 club season, then you do NOT need USAV Tryout membership. Your current membership EXPIRES 8/31/2024
**USAV Camps and Clinic ONLY Membership is NOT VALID for Tryouts.
STEP B: COMPLETE the Tryout Registration-Player Profile. This form is where you tell us about your athlete's experience, age group etc. and where you upload your four completed USAV forms/membership from Step A, **Be sure to click on the "button" at the bottom of the "Review" page to complete your registration.
STEP C: PAY NW Juniors Tryout Fee** ($30): (This is made thru an external payment link separate from Step B)
**Tryout fees are non-refundable. If you are trying out for multiple clubs, you have to pay and register for each club's tryout.

Boys Club Season
--Players selected for our boys teams will compete in regular season tournaments from January through May. TBD
--Practices are twice a week. *Schedule will be posted after teams are selected.
We have TWO practice locations:

St. Brendan Parish School Forest Ridge of the Sacred Heart
