Northwest Volleyball

The club no longer coordinates group airfare or ground transportation at the club level.  Coordination of flights and ground transportation is done at the team level between the Team Focal, Head Coach, and Parents. 

Overview:

*IMPORTANT: When booking flights, your player's flight must be coordinated with the Chaperone, Team Focal, and Coaches.   Players must be accompanied by a parent, or a parent’s adult representative, or a representative of the club like the coach or chaperone when flying.

Flights should arrive at their destination in the afternoon or early evening the day BEFORE the start of the tournament.  Return flights cannot leave until AFTER 6:00 PM.  For most Qualifiers, the last match can go as late as 4:00 PM.

*Parents are responsible for coordinating with the team for getting their player to/from the Hotel, Venue, and Airport.

• No smoking/alcohol or weapons of any kind allowed inside the venue.
• No ball handling in the hallways or areas not covered by sport-court.
• No outdoor chairs inside the venue
• Please use emergency exits for emergencies only.
• Be sure to pick up any trash and dispose of in the available recycle and trash cans.
• Do not block, gather, or store equipment in or near doorways, entrance-ways or hallways.
• Team meetings should not be held on the courts.

KBHCCD's Parking Garage is located at 650 S. Griffin Street, Dallas, TX 75202

• Entrances to the garages are located at the intersection of S. Griffin and Memorial Streets. ∙ Normal Parking Garage hours of operation are 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Staffing/Cashier hours are adjusted accordingly, based on event hours of operation. The garage is equipped with automated pay-in-lane machines for after-hour access.
• Garage Parking is $15.00 per day, no in/out privilege's, with payment due upon entry.

AFTER THAT TIME, REMAINING ROOMS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE HOTEL. PLAYERS WILL BE STAYING IN TEAM ROOMS - THESE ROOMS ARE FOR PARENTS THAT ARE ATTENDING THE TOURNAMENT.
