Festival On-site Team Check In - 2019

Team Check In will be at the Phoenix Convention Center, Room TBD.

    - Tuesday, June 25: 4-8pm

    - Wednesday, June 26: 9am-6pm.

    - Late check in Thursday, June 27: 7am-1pm (must be at least an hour before you play or ref)

New for 2019, we will use a new Festival Waiver form that can be completed and signed online. Prior to Team Check in, all Players, Coaches and Chaperones on the Team Roster must fill out the FESTIVAL WAIVER FORM online (instruction details coming soon).

At Team Check in you need to bring:

    - A Medical Release Form (USAV form is ok) for all Players

    - A copy of your AES roster with AAU numbers verified (use AAU Import quick link on AES)

    - If AAU numbers are not showing verified, bring one of these three forms of verification:

        *AAU membership card copy; or

*AAU Club Listing (generated from AAU website Club Director Account); or

*AAU Team roster (generated from AAU website Club Director Account).

Once checked in, you will receive a Team Bag with goodies, souvenir programs and Team Credentials.  Anyone wanting to attend the Welcome Party from 6:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, June 26 will need their Credentials to enter. So if you are doing Late Check In, your players will not be able to attend the party without buying a ticket.

A Club Director or Team Parent can perform the Team Check In as long as they have all the proper documentation.
