Our Club offers teams in two separate geographic locations: "Eastside" and "Northend". These locations are determined by where the teams practice - not by where the players live. 

Players often times live in close proximity to both locations and must choose which opportunity is the best fit for them. If your drive to the Northend practice gyms is manageable, we encourage you to choose our Northend teams for tryouts, since due to population density there are less players trying out for our Northend teams. 

***FOR OUR NOVEMBER MAKE-UP TRYOUTS, YOU MAY CHOOSE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR BOTH LOCATIONS since the tryout is at the same time.  

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED for our initial tryout for the following locations and age groups.

• U13 EASTSIDE Tryout is at capacity
• U14 EASTSIDE Tryout is at capacity
• U14 NORTHEND Tryout is at capacity

**If you want to add your athlete to the WAITLIST for our MAKE-UP Tryouts, then complete STEPS A & B; but wait to complete STEP C until you see if there are any team openings. (Our Tryout fee is non-refundable)

**If you do choose to add your athlete to our MAKE-UP TRYOUT WAITLIST; THEN please note proof of USAV Tryout membership is required to complete STEP B; the USAV Tryout membership is non-refundable.

**Make-up Tryout  dates and times are posted at the bottom of this page.

Team openings will begin to be posted 48 hours after the initial tryout.  As openings are posted, if there is a spot on a team your athlete wants to tryout for, then you should pay the tryout fee for the make up tryout.

NW Juniors Tryout Registration is a three step process (A,B,C).

Your COMPLETED USAV Forms & proof of USAV Membership from Step A are UPLOADED in Step B (Player Profile); this must be done BEFORE making your NWJR tryout fee payment in Step C. Tryout spots are NOT held for incomplete registrations.

Please COMPLETE STEPS A,B,C in the ORDER LISTED below!  

STEP A: COMPLETE the FOUR USAV items below by using the links provided. (A copy of each signed form is automatically e-mailed to you - Save it!)  You will upload these in STEP B.) ** ABSOLUTELY NO NOTES OR SUBSTITUTIONS - WE DO CHECK!

    1. Cardiac and Concussion Player: It is REQUIRED to be signed by the PLAYER. (DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ATHLETE)
    2. Cardiac and Concussion Parent: It is REQUIRED to be signed by the PARENT.

    3. Medical Release – Yes Emergency Care
        OR
        Medical Release – No Emergency Care

    4. USAV Tryout Membership **$20 non-refundable fee. (This is the insurance that allows players to step foot onto the court.). 
**This is a different membership than the "AAU Membership" required for Fall Academy.

STEP B:  COMPLETE the Tryout Registration-PLAYER PROFILE. This form is where you tell us about your athlete's experience, age group etc. and where you upload your four completed USAV forms/membership from Step A:

1. **Be sure to click on the "button" at the bottom of the "Review" page to complete your registration.

STEP C: Pay NW Juniors Tryout Fee

• You MUST complete steps A and B before making payment: ($30)**  (This is made thru an external payment link separate from Step B)
• **Tryout fees are non-refundable. If you are trying out for multiple clubs, you have to pay and register for each club's tryout.

We will make OFFERS to players and tell them what team they are selected for AT TRYOUTS. All players that are offered positions will have the opportunity to accept their offers at tryouts.. Signing the  Puget Sound Region Letter of Commitment is how you officially commit. All Athletes can SIGN as early as the tryout date. 

A Welcome e-mail is sent 3-5 days after our initial tryouts with the next steps to complete your club registration.  The e-mail will come from info@nwvolleyball.com, so if you don't see it in your inbox, check your junk mail.

**For Make-up Tryout, you will receive it by the next day.

Uniform fittings: U12-U14 (2024/2025 Club Season). We will have our uniform fittings in conjunction with our makeup tryouts. 

**Fitting schedule will posted (by team) to our tryout page and the top of the calendar page.

Northend: Wednesday, October 30th; 7:30-9:30pm

NW JUNIORS MAKE-UP TRYOUT REGISTRATION

If you did not get an offer at our initial tryout, then you may come to our make-up tryout.  You do not need to register again, just show up with your same assigned tryout number.  Be sure to check team openings beforehand which will be posted to this page 48 hours after the initial tryout.  

IF you did not come to our initial tryout and are not registered with NW Juniors for Tryouts,  then you must complete registration Steps A, B, & C.

**As a Reminder: TRYOUT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you choose to register for our Makeup Tryouts before openings are posted, there is no refund.

If you are trying out for one of our openings, please be aware that there are uniform fittings and orientation after tryouts - please be prepared to attend.
