Started as Super Summer Volleyball in 1972, Northwest Volleyball is celebrating nearly 50 seasons of club volleyball. Our Northwest Juniors Elite Volleyball Teams, which started in 2009, compete in USA Volleyball tournaments in all age divisions, ranging from 12-Under through 18-Under. Our Under Armour teams play a Nationally Competitive Schedule with travel to different parts of the country seeking the best competition available. Our Baden teams play a Regionally Competitive schedule, traveling throughout the Puget Sound Region; including at least one out of region/travel event per season with the option of competing in other out of region events at an additional cost.
Our club also offers a variety of additional programs throughout the year. These programs are specifically designed to introduce and teach new young players the sport of volleyball and provide a great opportunity for more experienced players to improve and refine their technique and skills, as well as learn basic team strategies and concepts.
Our club teaches and trains over 400 female athletes each year through our club programs and hundreds more through our summer camps and tournaments.
Northwest Volleyball Foundation oversees all of our youth programs and is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation registered in the Sate of Washington.
In these programs, you are placed on a team based on your age and skill level. We have our club season teams which train from December through June and our Fall Academy teams for 5-8th graders which train in September and October.
At every level you will learn the skills you need to grow and excel in the sport of indoor/team volleyball. Depending on your age group and level of your team, you will travel locally, regionally, or Nationally to compete with other teams of similar ability.
Are you are looking for an all-skills camp to build your overall game or an advanced camp to refine your skills? Are you new to the sport and just want to see if it is something you want to get involved in? Are you are looking to get better at setting or hitting? Maybe you want to work in a small group just to focus on one particular skill.
We have programs to help players of all levels enhance their skills.
Whether you are looking for a one-day camp, beach training, or want to play in competitive beach tournaments, we have something for you. With Beach Volleyball added as an NCAA sport, more and more athletes are looking for beach volleyball opportunities.
We have a one-day Beach Camp as an introduction to beach Volleyball and to prepare for the summer series. We also have Junior Beach club/AVP Academy for more serious beach players that want to train and compete in top tournaments. And of course we have our outdoor summer series, one of the most popular beach tournament series in the Northwest.
