Fundraiser Programs

One of the benefits to being a member of the Northwest Juniors Volleyball Club is inclusion in the Club Yearbook.  The Club Yearbook is a photo gallery and listing of all the teams and players within the Northwest Juniors Volleyball Club.  It is also an opportunity for club members to raise money to help pay their club dues and travel expenses by selling advertising in the yearbook.

Work-Study Scholarships for Club Dues

2018-2019 Season: Northwest Volleyball Foundation provides work-study opportunities to help those player families in need of financial assistance.  These work-study awards provide only partial credit towards the total base program fees (travel costs are not covered).

Possible work-study opportunities are included in our on-line Club Registration so be sure to let us know if you are interested in any at that time.  This does not mean you would automatically have the work study scholarship as it is dependent upon if the need arises during the club season.  However, it does let us know which players or parents are interested in those opportunites.

Decisions for work-study awards consider the following:

  1. Financial Need
  2. Seniority in the Club
  3. Number of Siblings Currently Playing in the Club
  4. Skills needed to fulfill the work-study position

Work-study awards are limitedWe do NOT offer financial aid. Therefore, we encourage players and their families to actively participate in our yearbook fundraiser. Our yearbook fundraiser provides the opportunity for club members to fulfill their financial obligations by procuring sponsorship ads.  The sale of the yearbook ads are credited to player accounts at 100% excluding sales tax. Players have the potential to raise all or a portion of their financial obligation thru this fundraiser.  Yearbook fundraising details are discussed at club orientation and are also available on our website.
